San Francisco-based startup Dodge AI has secured $2.65 million in funding. The round was led by Accel and Google’s AI Futures Fund, with participation from Schema Ventures, New Build Ventures, Antler, and various angel investors from the SAP ecosystem.
The company provides an AI-driven control plane designed to manage enterprise software maintenance. The platform integrates with systems including SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Kinaxis, and Oracle JDE to identify root causes of technical incidents and suggest automated fixes.
Dodge AI currently serves over a dozen enterprise clients, half of which are publicly traded companies. The platform processes hundreds of queries per hour, focusing on incident management and process optimization. In one instance, the software improved order allocation time by eight hours.
The startup was selected for the 2026 Atoms AI cohort by Accel and Google’s AI Futures Fund, chosen from over 4,000 applicants. Each company in this cohort receives up to $2 million in funding and up to $350,000 in Google compute credits.
The founders, Rebhav Bharadwaj and Aditya Thakur, established the company in 2025. The business aims to reduce reliance on large system integrators, such as Accenture, IBM, and Tata Consultancy Services, which traditionally employ teams of 20 to 50 people for maintenance.
