Desnol has released version 1.0.1.14 of its 1C:Itilium ITSM/ESM system, introducing an AI assistant capable of analyzing live data and performing specific tasks. Unlike the previous AI consultant, which focused on knowledge base queries, the new assistant can modify documents and check server status via external tools.
The system features over 50 pre-built functions for managing service requests, incidents, and assets. Administrators can configure these functions to execute either automatically or upon human approval. A built-in constructor allows for the creation of custom logic without manual coding.
The update introduces support for the Model Context Protocol (MCP), enabling integration with external tools and data exchange. 1C:Itilium can now act as an MCP server or connect to external ones to perform tasks like managing hardware or retrieving external data directly within the chat interface.
Security enhancements include data anonymization and masking to prevent the exposure of personal information when using cloud-based language models. The release adds support for Cloud.ru and OpenRouter models, complementing existing options.
The AI assistant functionality is currently available for the 1C:Itilium KORP edition and requires a separate license. The first-level AI consultant is included in the KORP edition and available via the Unikum support service for Service Desk and PROF editions.
