Russian IT company Denum Tech, a resident of the Skolkovo innovation center, has sold the exclusive rights to its POS-lending platform to the company Alfa-Dengi (OOO MKK A Dengi). The platform, built on the Denum Hub software, enables retailers to offer financing to customers with automated application routing and paperless processing.

The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Both parties confirmed that the deal will not affect existing partnerships, as all current agreements and technical processes remain in place. For Alfa-Dengi, the acquisition is a strategic move to scale its POS-lending network and enhance services for retail partners.

Denum Tech continues its strategy of commercializing internal developments, having previously sold its corporate CRM system to Morskoy Bank. The company plans to reallocate resources toward new technological solutions, specifically focusing on artificial intelligence and big data processing.

The company's flagship AI product, Denum Insight, is designed to analyze operational data and identify business patterns. Looking ahead, Denum Tech intends to expand its portfolio of external software products and increase research efforts in the fields of software development, artificial intelligence, and robotics.
