Deepal has released the OTA V5.4 update for its S09 flagship SUV. This software version introduces the Huawei Qiankun ADS Max V5.0.2 system, marking the first time this specific iteration is available on the vehicle. The update includes over 20 new features and improvements across four key areas.
The Deepal S09, a large six-seater SUV, officially launched on May 22, 2025. It is the first vehicle developed under the company's Smart Leading 2030 strategy. The model features a 2+2+2 seating configuration and measures 5205 by 1996 by 1800 millimeters, with a wheelbase of 3105 millimeters.
The vehicle is available with two versions of the Huawei intelligent driving system: the base ADS SE and the advanced ADS Max. The ADS Max configuration includes a 192-line LiDAR sensor with a detection range of approximately 250 meters. Additionally, it is equipped with three millimeter-wave radars, 12 ultrasonic radars, and multiple high-perception cameras.
