Deepal Automotive Technology has filed a patent for an in-vehicle foot bath system, which was officially published on October 9. The application, identified by number CN122873858A, was submitted by the company in July.

The system consists of a foot basin and a telescopic mechanism designed to be stored under the front passenger seat. When not in use, the device remains folded in a dedicated compartment, allowing for efficient use of cabin space.

The design includes anti-splash features, drainage holes, and anti-sway structures to ensure stability during operation. The basin connects to the vehicle's plumbing via a quick-release connector and can be fully detached.

The storage compartment also allows for the integration of disinfection components. Deepal developed this solution to address common issues with existing foot care devices, such as high installation complexity and significant space consumption.
