CSoft Development has released Service Pack 2 for its Model Studio CS 3D design suite and CADLib Model and Archive. The update introduces expanded tools for managing information models, engineering data, and project analysis across the entire product line.
In CADLib Model and Archive, users can now customize report structures and view coordinate grid names when selecting objects in the link list. Model Studio CS Construction Solutions features optimized surface cutting commands and improved metal processing tools, while the Cable Systems module includes enhanced cable length calculation algorithms and new dialogs for managing cable tray end caps.
The Model Studio CS Power Lines module now supports importing restricted zones via a profile table editor and exporting wire data to Excel. Developers have also refined vegetation clearing calculations and improved compatibility with geological data and support structures from previous software versions.
General system enhancements include updated parameter protection during library synchronization and improved 3D primitive construction. The standard component library manager now features an optimized display for object category values. Users with an active subscription can install the update without needing to remove previous versions or reconfigure databases.
Model Studio CS is a domestic Russian BIM system registered in the Unified Register of Russian Software. The suite is available through perpetual licenses or one-to-two-year subscription terms, with procurement and support handled by authorized CSoft Development partners.
