The Quebec-based company Papillons organized a concert tour titled Le gout du paysage, which utilized electric vehicle batteries as the sole power source. The production featured performances by artists Emile Proulx-Cloutier and Dumas, along with a mobile kitchen, across five locations in Quebec from August 15 to 22.

Two Chevrolet Silverado EV trucks provided power for the stage equipment, including lighting and sound systems. The Silverado EV features a battery pack of up to 205 kWh and offers onboard power output ranging from 7.2 kW to 10.2 kW depending on the specific trim level.

A custom trailer-mounted mobile power plant with a 150 kWh capacity supplied energy for the kitchen equipment throughout the tour. The system was engineered with the assistance of the company Ixian to support high-power cooking appliances that operate for extended periods.

The tour visited sites including Trois-Pistoles, Saint-Raymond, Mont-Blanc, Berthierville, and Montreal. By using battery storage, the organizers avoided the need for diesel generators, allowing for events in remote locations without grid access while maintaining zero emissions during operation.
