Cipher Digital, listed on Nasdaq under the ticker CIFR, reported $5,85 million in revenue from high-performance computing (HPC) data center leases during the third quarter of 2026. This figure represents approximately 22% of the company's total quarterly revenue.

The company's total revenue for the period reached $26,7 million, a decrease from $71,7 million in the same quarter of the previous year. Revenue from Bitcoin mining declined by 71% year over year to $20,8 million, as the firm shifts its focus toward data center operations.

Cipher Digital has secured $16,6 billion in total contracted HPC revenue across three campuses, covering 700 megawatts of capacity. A key development included an amendment to the lease at the Barber Lake site in Texas, extending the term to 20 years and increasing its contracted value to approximately $9,1 billion.

The company's tenant portfolio includes partnerships with Fluidstack, supported by Google warrants, and Amazon Web Services, with the latter partnership valued at approximately $5,5 billion. Cipher provides infrastructure, cooling, and power, while tenants supply their own hardware.

Despite a GAAP net profit of $31,6 million for the quarter, the result was primarily driven by a non-cash accounting gain. The company is currently evaluating the potential conversion of its Odessa facility to HPC use, which produced approximately 2,96 BTC during the third quarter.
