Circle, the issuer of the USDC stablecoin, reported $865 million in revenue for the third quarter of 2026, exceeding analyst expectations of roughly $788 million. The company also posted an adjusted EBITDA of $317 million for the same period.

The financial results were bolstered by income from USDC reserves and proceeds from the presale of ARC tokens. The presale raised approximately $222 million, valuing the Arc blockchain ecosystem at $3 billion. Circle performed a genesis mint of 10 billion ARC tokens to coincide with the launch.

The Arc public mainnet officially launched on September 16, 2026, with support from over 100 institutional partners, including BlackRock, DTCC, and Visa. The network is designed for tokenized finance and cross-border payments, utilizing USDC as the native gas token for transaction fees.

At the time of the earnings report, USDC circulation was estimated between $73 billion and $74 billion. Circle, which trades on the NYSE under the ticker CRCL, confirmed its fiscal 2026 financial guidance following these results.
