ChronoScale Holdings Corporation, a provider of AI compute infrastructure, announced that its total contracted run-rate revenue has reached $1 billion. This milestone follows the signing of a new infrastructure deal and the extension of an existing one on October 1, 2026.

The company also announced the sale of its legacy Ekso Bionics exoskeleton business. This move is intended to focus the company's operations exclusively on AI compute services, which include networking, storage, cooling, and software solutions for high-density workloads.

For the fiscal year ending May 31, 2026, ChronoScale reported revenue of $71.6 million and a net loss of approximately $50.3 million. The company, formed in May 2026 through the merger of Applied Digital’s cloud business and Ekso Bionics, is currently led by CEO Cenly Chen.

Key partnerships include a 50 MW AI compute deployment for Microsoft, utilizing NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 systems, and a strategic collaboration with Nutanix. The company aims to reach its revenue target by Q3 2027, contingent on the successful deployment of its compute capacity.
