Changan Automobile has introduced the Nevo Q06, a mid-size SUV available in five battery-electric (BEV) and one extended-range (EREV) versions. The vehicle features the proprietary SDA Pilot driver-assistance system as standard, which utilizes a Horizon Robotics J6M chip with 128 TOPS of computing power and LiDAR.

The BEV models are built on an 800-volt silicon carbide platform supporting 6C fast charging, which enables a 30% to 80% charge in 9 minutes. Depending on the configuration, the BEV variants offer battery capacities of 66.02 kWh or 80.02 kWh, providing a CLTC range of up to 700 kilometers.

The EREV variant combines a 1.5-liter engine with a 28.39-kWh lithium iron phosphate battery, offering 200 kilometers of electric-only range and a total combined range of 1,600 kilometers. Performance options include rear-wheel-drive configurations with 225 kW or 245 kW, and a dual-motor version delivering 330 kW.

The SUV measures 4,837 mm in length and has a wheelbase of 2,940 mm. Interior amenities include a 15.6-inch central touchscreen, a ceiling-mounted rear screen, and a 9.5-liter refrigerator. Customers can upgrade to the SDA Pilot Ultra system for ¥9,900 to access 560 TOPS of power and urban navigation.

The Q06 is currently available with a limited-time promotional price ranging from ¥135,900 to ¥165,900, compared to the official guide price of ¥139,900 to ¥169,900. The model competes in the mid-size SUV segment against vehicles such as the BYD Song Ultra, Leapmotor C10, and Xpeng G6.
