Belgian firm Cavalier has introduced a series of customization options for the Fiat Topolino electric microcar. The upgrades include ten two-tone and 13 single-tone paint schemes, 16-inch forged wheels, and a Night Package that replaces grey exterior parts with black elements.
The interior features Nappa leather and Alcantara upholstery, a panoramic glass roof, wool floor mats, and ambient lighting. Cavalier also added a 3.7-inch central screen and a Bluetooth-enabled audio system, replacing the standard requirement to use a smartphone as the main display.
Performance modifications include an optional 10.8-kWh battery pack, which increases the range from 47 miles to 93 miles. Adjustments to the control unit raise the top speed from 28 mph to 43 mph. An optional 2-kW Webasto diesel heater is also available.
Pricing for the Cavalier upgrades ranges from €12 000 to €20 000. When combined with the base price of the vehicle, the total cost for a fully equipped model can exceed €30 000, which is comparable to the price of a new Honda Civic Hybrid in the U.S.
