Camp Snap has released the CS-8 Mini, a compact digital video camera designed for children. The device is less than half the size of the original CS-8 model and features a grip tailored for smaller hands. The camera is available for purchase now through the company's website and Target retail stores.
The CS-8 Mini retails for $149.99 and comes in four colors: blue, green, pink, and orange. The device lacks a screen, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth connectivity. It records video to an included 4GB microSD card, with data transfer handled via a USB-C cable or a card reader.
The camera features a 1/2.7-inch sensor capable of 2.7K video resolution. Users can select from four aspect ratios, including 16:9, 9:16, 1:1, and 4:3. Additionally, the device offers up to 8x digital zoom and five film-style filters, including vintage, analog, and black and white modes.
