BYD is set to launch its new Da Han EV in China on October 13, 2026. The vehicle features a 102.3 kWh lithium iron phosphate Blade Battery, which allows for a maximum CLTC range of 1,008 km. The model achieves an aerodynamic drag coefficient of 0.197 Cd and has an energy consumption rate of 11.5 kWh per 100 km for the rear-wheel-drive version.

The sedan measures 5,256 mm in length and 1,999 mm in width with a 3,130 mm wheelbase. It is equipped with rear-wheel steering, a 4.95-meter turning radius, and dual-chamber DiSus-A air suspension. High-output charging stations enable the battery to charge from 10% to 97% in nine minutes.

The vehicle includes the DiPilot driver-assistance system, which supports Urban Navigation on Autopilot and automated valet parking using roof-mounted LiDAR. BYD offers a one-year full damage coverage guarantee for accidents occurring while these intelligent systems are active. The interior features a 17.3-inch 3K display and a 31-speaker Devialet audio system.

Pre-sales for the Da Han began in August with a price range of ¥249 900 to ¥299 900, which is approximately $35 300 to $42 400. Customer deliveries are expected to commence within two weeks following the official launch event, where final retail pricing and specific delivery details will be confirmed.
