BYD has officially opened blind pre-orders for its second-generation Seal 07 sedan. The vehicle is positioned as a C-class model with a wheelbase measuring 2960 mm. Customers participating in the blind pre-order program receive priority production and delivery, along with customization options.
The sedan features dimensions of 5080 mm in length, 1960 mm in width, and 1495 mm in height. It is available in six exterior colors and three interior color schemes. The cabin includes a large floating central display, a digital instrument cluster, a new steering wheel, and a 20-speaker Devialet audio system.
The vehicle offers comfort features such as front zero-gravity seats with massage, ventilation, and heating functions. Practical storage includes a 618-liter rear trunk and a 160-liter front trunk. The model will be available in both pure electric and plug-in hybrid versions.
The pure electric variant comes in two power configurations. The lower-power version offers a peak output of 245 kW, while the high-power version reaches 300 kW. The plug-in hybrid version, the Seal 07 DM-i, combines a 1.5T engine with a 160 kW electric motor.
