Brahma AI, an enterprise platform for audiovisual content, has secured $150 million in a growth equity round, reaching a post-money valuation of $2 billion. The investment was led by Multiples Alternate Asset Management with a $100 million commitment, and total funding may reach $200 million.

The company was formed using infrastructure from DNEG and Prime Focus Limited, and it merged with generative AI firm Metaphysic in February 2025. Prime Focus Limited will maintain approximately 66% economic ownership, though its voting rights are expected to decrease to about 25%.

Revenue reached $45 million in 2024, grew to $74 million in 2025, and is projected to exceed $130 million in 2026. At the current valuation, the company is trading at roughly 15x forward sales. The funds will support R&D, global expansion, and growth in media, sports, and healthcare.

Key clients include Warner Bros, the NBA, and the Mayo Clinic. The platform features tools branded as Core, ATMAN, and VAANI, with partnerships involving Google and Hakuhodo. In 2026, the company received a Technology and Engineering Emmy Award for its face replacement and performance preservation technology.
