Analysts evaluated participants based on over 200 criteria. Key performance indicators included the ability to maintain diverse hardware and software, resource capacity, technical support organization, SLA compliance, and customer interaction quality.
Borlas provides technical support for ERP systems, production management software, and engineering analysis tools. The company also services server hardware, storage systems, backup solutions, SAN switches, and network infrastructure.
According to commercial director Egor Kukushkin, the firm tailors service levels and scope to meet specific client requirements. The approach focuses on long-term stability and the integration of various IT components within complex environments.
