Estonia-based cybersecurity firm Blackwall has secured $100 million in a Series C funding round. This investment brings the company's total valuation to $2.2 billion. The round was led by AVP, with continued support from existing investors Dawn Capital, MMC Ventures, and Tera Ventures.

The company specializes in web traffic management and infrastructure protection. Its primary product, GateKeeper, filters malicious bots, brute-force attacks, and application-layer DDoS threats. The platform also provides load balancing and optimization tools designed to distinguish legitimate traffic from automated threats.

Blackwall partners with cloud providers and web-hosting services, allowing them to integrate its security modules into their own product offerings. This model enables providers to generate additional revenue while offloading the maintenance of complex security infrastructure to Blackwall.

CEO and co-founder Nikita Rozenberg stated that the new capital will be used to support global expansion and further develop the platform's capabilities. The company, formerly known as BotGuard, rebranded in March 2025 during its Series B funding round.
