Estonia-based web security firm Blackwall has secured $100 million in a Series C funding round. This investment brings the company's valuation to $2.2 billion, marking a fourfold increase since its previous round in 2025.
The round was led by AVP, with support from existing investors Dawn Capital, MMC Ventures, and Tera Ventures. Blackwall specializes in traffic security tools designed for hosting providers, cloud services, and managed service providers.
The company employs a channel-based business model, allowing providers to bundle and customize security tools under their own branding. This approach enables partners to manage client relationships and share revenue with Blackwall.
Blackwall’s platform utilizes digital fingerprinting and proprietary AI models to distinguish between legitimate users, authorized AI agents, and malicious bot traffic. The service includes DDoS protection, certificate management, and threat intelligence.
The company plans to utilize the new capital to scale its operations across North America, Europe, the Asia-Pacific region, and the Middle East, while continuing to develop its security product suite.
