Bitrix24 has introduced the Bizproc MCP server, a tool designed to automate the creation of business processes and digital workspaces. Users can generate workflows by describing their requirements in natural language to an AI agent, eliminating the need for manual configuration of fields, stages, or robots.
The system supports two primary modes: classic business processes in .bpt format and smart process robots. The latter triggers actions such as task creation, status updates, or notifications when a card enters a specific stage. The service also includes error checking and provides a ready-to-import archive file.
Through webhooks, the tool can analyze existing smart processes on a portal to build automation based on current stages. The first practical application of this technology is the Onboarding CRM, which manages new employee adaptation, including HR tasks, document checklists, and progress tracking.
