BitGo has launched a new research division, BitGo Research, aimed at providing market analysis for institutional clients. The unit will be led by Greg Cipolaro, the former head of research at NYDIG’s institutional trading arm.

The research team plans to publish market commentary and thematic reports on digital asset trends. The division will utilize internal data from BitGo’s custody, trading, financing, and settlement operations to inform its analysis.

The appointment of Cipolaro follows BitGo’s acquisition of NYDIG earlier this year, which integrated the firm’s technology and personnel. Additionally, the company appointed Alex Rozman as Chief Compliance Officer on September 21.

BitGo is a publicly traded company listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker BTGO. As of September 30, 2025, the platform supported over 1,550 digital assets and held approximately $104 billion in secured assets.
