Bitbase has officially introduced ORIGIN, the inaugural season of its new points program. The initiative aims to incentivize long-term user engagement on the platform rather than short-term trading spikes. The season is scheduled to run for 26 weeks, concluding on May 4, 2027.

The company plans to distribute 1 000 000 points on a weekly basis throughout the season. These points are allocated daily based on individual user contributions, which are calculated from four specific categories: trading volume, assets held on the exchange, consistent platform activity, and user referrals.

Existing users have already been credited with points based on their historical activity prior to the launch. All eligible users are enrolled in the program automatically. Additionally, referrers earn a bonus equivalent to 25% of the points generated by their direct referrals, without impacting the new user's own balance.

Participants will receive a Trading Identity card, which summarizes their trading style. The first cards are set to be issued on November 9, with subsequent updates occurring every Monday. This program is the first project launched under the recently updated Bitbase 2.0 brand identity.
