Orbs has acquired a strategic stake in CRYMBO, a platform that enables licensed financial institutions to launch regulated digital asset services. The partnership integrates Orbs' decentralized trading and execution technology with CRYMBO's existing infrastructure.

CRYMBO provides a single integration point connecting institutions to over 75 service providers. These cover areas including custody, liquidity, banking, payments, identity verification, and transaction monitoring, allowing firms to operate under their own brands and licenses.

The platform has already processed over $2 billion in transaction volume and maintains ISO 27001 certification. Its systems are built to comply with regulatory frameworks such as MiCA and the FATF Travel Rule.

Orbs, which operates a layer 3 network for decentralized spot and perpetual futures trading, has processed more than $14 billion in volume. The company stated that this investment supports the compliance and operational systems necessary for institutional market participation.
