Beeline has launched a remote patient monitoring platform featuring an AI avatar, developed for the M. F. Vladimirsky Moscow Regional Research Clinical Institute (MONIKI). The system is designed to support the treatment of chronic non-communicable diseases and integrates educational resources, self-monitoring tools, and real-time diagnostic capabilities.

The project involved over 1,000 patients during its pilot phase. Results indicate a 73% improvement in patient quality of life, a 35% increase in treatment adherence, and a 58% rise in patient satisfaction. Furthermore, the platform reduced emergency hospitalizations by 20% and decreased the workload on primary healthcare providers by over 60%.

The platform also helped lower treatment costs for rheumatology patients by 31.5%. Beyond rheumatology, the system covers cardiology, pulmonology, transplantology, and endocrinology. Its features include health diaries, medication reminders, direct communication channels with doctors, and an AI avatar based on a verified medical knowledge base.

The AI avatar was developed by Digital Legends LLC and customized for MONIKI. The underlying technology relies on the MediSimo platform, which is included in the Unified Register of Russian Software. The project was recognized as the best initiative at the All-Russian Health of the Nation 2026 forum.
