Bazalt SPO has extended the support period for its Tenth Platform software products by one year. The new deadline for support is set for December 31, 2027, whereas the previous date was December 31, 2026. This decision aims to assist large corporate clients in migrating their information systems to newer versions.
Under the extended support terms, the company will continue to release security updates and address critical bugs within the Tenth Platform products. While the repository support for the p10 platform concluded on December 31, 2025, the products remain in a limited maintenance mode until the new 2027 deadline.
To facilitate the transition, Bazalt SPO allows customers to purchase Eleventh Platform products with usage rights for the previous version. This approach is intended to help businesses migrate to the latest stable branch without disrupting their existing infrastructure or incurring additional costs.
Technical support for users remains governed by individual contracts and certificates. The company confirmed that all obligations to clients holding valid technical support certificates will be fulfilled in full, regardless of the general product support lifecycle.
