Apple introduced the Apple Watch Series 12 and Apple Watch Ultra 4 during the Surprise and shine event. Both models incorporate the S11 processor, which enables new Apple Intelligence capabilities and expanded health and fitness tracking features. The devices also gain the ability to generate audio transcriptions and summaries.
The Apple Watch Series 12 now offers a ceramic case option. Its aluminum version without cellular connectivity starts at $399. The 42mm ceramic model weighs 42.8 grams, while the 46mm version weighs 52.9 grams. These base prices remain consistent with the previous generation of the device.
The Apple Watch Ultra 4 is priced at $799. It features an improved battery life of up to 50 hours, compared to 42 hours in the Ultra 3. The weight of the new Ultra model has increased to 63.1 grams, whereas the previous generation weighed 61.8 grams.
