Apple has updated the estimated delivery dates for some iPhone Duo pre-orders in the United States and Japan, moving them earlier than initially communicated. For instance, one US customer who expected a December delivery now sees an updated window of November 20 to November 30 for their 512GB Starlight model.

Other users on MacRumors forums reported similar improvements in their delivery timelines. Two customers saw their arrival dates shift from early December to the November 16–23 window. In Japan, one consumer noted that their device is now expected to arrive on October 24, just one day after the official market launch, compared to the original estimate of early December.

The iPhone Duo became available for pre-order last Friday. Within 30 minutes of the launch, new orders were already showing shipping estimates pushed back to January 25 of next year. Apple officially stated that the market demand for the new device has been exceptionally high following the initial pre-order phase.
