Two non-technical employees at a company undergoing a business model shift from B2G to B2B utilized AI-assisted development to create internal tools. The team adopted an AI-first approach, using tools like Langflow, Claude Code, and Codex to build services without a traditional IT background.
The developers built a PRM system called 'Hub' over a period of 2 to 3 months, with an MVP presented in April. The system automated tasks such as contact management, document distribution, and partner training tracking, integrating with services like Yandex Disk, DaData, and Sendsay.
The development process relied on manual deployment via SSH without CI/CD pipelines. Security was managed through basic role-based access and INN-based authorization, though the project lacked formal security reviews and comprehensive documentation.
The initiative concluded in August when the developers left the company during a reorganization. The project faced significant bus-factor risks, as the knowledge and maintenance of the AI-generated code resided solely with the two creators, leaving the systems without support.
