According to a study by PR Dev. involving 2,000 employees aged 24 to 50, office workers in Russia save up to 10 hours per week using artificial intelligence. This efficiency gain effectively shortens the average workday by two hours.
Automation of routine tasks is the primary driver for this time saving. Specifically, 64% of respondents use neural networks for information retrieval, 57% for document preparation, 46% for data analysis, 41% for presentation design, and 35% for generating multiple solutions to work tasks.
The shift in workflow structure is significant: 48% of employees complete tasks faster, 37% dedicate more time to deep-focus work, and 29% focus on strategic or creative initiatives. CEO Alla Aksenova noted that this allows staff to prioritize tasks requiring professional expertise.
However, the impact of these time savings varies by employer. While 22% of respondents use the extra time to balance their daily workload, 31% report that their employers fill the newly available time with additional assignments.
