Agility Robotics, the developer of the Digit humanoid robot, is preparing to list on the Nasdaq exchange under the ticker AGLT. The company is going public through a merger with the special purpose acquisition company Churchill Capital Corp XI. This transaction values Agility’s existing equity at approximately $2.5 billion.
The firm aims to raise $465 million in gross proceeds, including $100 million already secured. Financial disclosures filed with the SEC reveal that Agility generated $1.8 million in revenue last year, while reporting a net loss of $138.1 million. Operating expenses for 2025 reached $99.8 million, and the company anticipates continued losses as it scales operations.
Currently, Digit robots are deployed at nine customer sites, including Amazon, Toyota, and GXO. Agility is now focusing on the upcoming Digit 5 model, which is designed to operate without protective barriers. The company has secured an order for over 1,000 units from a single client, valued at more than $300 million, with deliveries expected to begin in the first half of 2027.
Agility’s investor base includes major industry players such as Amazon, Foxconn, Nvidia, SoftBank, and the venture firm DCVC. While the company is valued at $2.5 billion, it remains smaller than private competitors like Figure AI and Apptronik. The Nasdaq listing will provide public market transparency regarding the company’s actual revenue, expenses, and delivery performance.
