ActiveCloud has deployed a Russian infrastructure segment for the HCM platform Stafflow, developed by the Belarusian IT company CatLogic. This migration allows the platform to store user data within Russia and prepares it for upcoming pilot projects with local businesses.
The platform utilizes ActiveCloud's ActiveWare infrastructure, which is hosted in Russian data centers certified to the Tier III standard. This setup enables CatLogic to scale resources dynamically as the number of users and client companies grows without needing to maintain physical servers.
In addition to the core infrastructure, CatLogic has integrated the SmartMail corporate email service, also hosted on local cloud servers provided by ActiveCloud. The project ensures compliance with Russian regulations regarding the processing and storage of personal data.
CatLogic plans to initiate the first sales of the Stafflow platform in Russia in 2026. The company is also prepared to implement additional information security measures and system certifications for clients with specific data protection requirements.
