Swedish robotics startup 120ft Factory AB has secured €576,000 in angel funding. The round involved 22 investors, including representatives from EQT AB, Cherry Ventures, and former Fashwell AG leadership.

The company develops autonomous microfactories housed within three 40-foot shipping containers. Instead of selling hardware, 120ft operates as a service provider, charging brands per finished unit produced by humanoid robots.

The software platform translates product designs and quality specifications into digital instructions. It includes a simulation phase to identify bottlenecks before physical assembly begins, with orchestration software managing robots and quality control.

120ft aims to reduce production lead times significantly. While teaching a robot an assembly skill took seven weeks in 2025, the company reduced this to seven hours and targets seven minutes by 2027.

Founded in 2025 by Martin Willers, the Stockholm-based firm intends to use the capital for commercial production and infrastructure development. Future plans include expanding the model to repair and remanufacturing services.
