ZTU Kvalitet, a pipe assembly manufacturer based in the Samara region, has implemented the 1C:Enterprise Management for Small Business 8 Prof system. The project, executed by 1C-Rarus, aimed to unify production and accounting processes while managing a catalog of nearly 400,000 items.
The implementation team developed a specialized data loader capable of processing approximately 100,000 items in 2 minutes. This tool allows staff to manage product characteristics, such as steel grade and thread pitch, without requiring additional developer support for data entry.
The new system automates the calculation of planned production costs, profit margins, and overall order profitability. These financial metrics are now generated in 3 seconds, enabling management to evaluate the economic efficiency of orders before they enter the production phase.
The integration also established a unified information environment by synchronizing data with 1C:Accounting. This setup provides detailed tracking of income and expenses, allowing for better oversight of the company's financial performance and operational workflows.
