Efsol has introduced an interactive AI consultant for its Metrika42 monitoring system, designed for 1C software performance diagnostics and application code analysis. The new feature allows specialists to ask direct questions about system errors, performance issues, and code logic in a conversational format.

The AI consultant complements the existing AI incident analyzer, which automatically generates reports on performance problems. While the analyzer focuses on comprehensive investigations of specific incidents, the consultant is intended for quick, daily inquiries about technical metrics like APDEX, server status, and database locks.

The tool assists developers and support engineers in identifying performance bottlenecks within 1C code, such as inefficient queries or data processing issues. It provides explanations for technical concepts and suggests diagnostic steps, though all final decisions regarding system changes remain with the human specialist.

According to product lead Denis Pakhomov, the integration aims to simplify data interpretation for IT teams. By enabling direct interaction with the system, the company seeks to reduce the time spent manually reviewing logs and documentation, making professional 1C diagnostics more accessible.
