United Engine Corporation (UEC) has completed the implementation of a Russian-made end-to-end production and supply chain management system. The software, developed by NPC 1C, is now operational at the UEC corporate center and its subsidiaries, including ODK-Salut, ODK-STAR, and ODK-Saturn.
The system integrates key business processes such as procurement, production planning, inter-plant cooperation, and product shipment. It allows for real-time tracking of engine manufacturing, resource planning, and management of the entire production chain.
UEC is also conducting pilot testing of Russian PLM and CAD software in collaboration with Askon. The project utilizes the Lotsman platform and Kompas-3D software. At ODK-Aviadvigatel, engineers have already designed over 160 parts and assemblies using these tools.
The digital transformation projects are supported by grants from the Russian Foundation for the Development of Information Technologies. The production management system has reached the ninth level of technological readiness, while the engineering software project has completed its fifth stage.
In 2026, ODK-Aviadvigatel will begin full-scale operation of modules for engineering data management and composite material production. UEC plans to scale these IT solutions across all its manufacturing facilities and integrate artificial intelligence for data-driven decision-making.
