Battery service provider YES-EU has launched a new facility in Oslo in collaboration with NING Service, the official aftermarket brand of CATL. The center spans 10,000 square meters and is designed to handle battery lifecycle management, staff training, and certified repair operations.

The partnership between YES-EU and NING dates back to 2018, starting with operations in Northern Europe. Since then, the cooperation has grown to include comprehensive lifecycle support and the development of service capabilities across the European continent.

The network provides both warranty and out-of-warranty repairs for fleet operators, OEMs, leasing firms, and insurance providers. Instead of replacing entire battery packs, the company utilizes diagnostics to repair or replace specific components and modules.

According to Pierre Savoy, CEO of YES-EU Switzerland, the company is building on a base of more than 2,000 electric buses currently operating in Europe that utilize CATL battery technology.
