Xiaomi has officially retired its MiMo-V2.5 and MiMo-V2.5-Pro models as of October 21. The company is transitioning users to the newer V2.6-Pro and V2.6-Flash versions, which feature enhanced performance and multimodal understanding capabilities.

Starting October 14, 2026, API requests for the older models are automatically routed to the V2.6 series. While the V2.6-Flash model inherits parameters from V2.5, the V2.6-Pro model enforces specific temperature and top_p settings when operating in reasoning mode.

The MiMo-V2.6 series, released on September 22, maintains the same pricing structure as its predecessor. The Flash version costs ¥1 per million input tokens and ¥2 per million output tokens, while the Pro version is priced at ¥3 and ¥6 respectively, with a 99% cache discount.
