Xiaomi has officially launched the Mijia Smart Desktop Dishwasher 5-Set, which is now available for purchase. The standard retail price is set at ¥1998, though local government subsidies in certain regions can reduce the cost to as low as ¥1699.
The device features a compact white design with rounded corners and an integrated LED display. Measuring 550 x 598 x 350 mm, it offers enough capacity for 2 to 5 people. The interior includes a removable filter and functional lighting, allowing for the simultaneous washing of pots and dishes.
The cleaning system utilizes 4 spray arms and 34 water jets, delivering a pressure of 30 kPa. An AI-powered optical detection system assesses dirt levels in 10 seconds to select the optimal cycle. The unit also includes a smart water softening feature and offers 8 distinct washing programs.
The dishwasher supports 80°C hot air drying and is certified for five-star sterilization, achieving a 99.9999% bacteria removal rate. It provides 240 hours of UV storage to prevent mold and moisture, allowing it to function as a storage cabinet. Users can manage the device remotely via the Mijia app.
