Xiaomi has unveiled the Mijia Smart Temperature and Humidity Monitor 3 Pro. The device will be available for crowdfunding starting September 21 at 10:00, with a crowdfunding price of ¥114 and a suggested retail price of ¥149.
The new model features a 3.6-inch LCD screen with 6.5mm bezels and now includes carbon dioxide detection alongside temperature and humidity tracking. It offers a temperature resolution of 0.1℃, humidity resolution of 1% RH, and CO2 resolution of 1ppm.
The device uses a three-color indicator system to display air quality: green for CO2 levels up to 1000ppm, yellow for 1000–1500ppm, and red for levels exceeding 1500ppm. Users can cycle through display modes including time, CO2 concentration, temperature, and humidity.
The monitor supports Xiaomi's HyperOS Connect and Bluetooth Mesh. When paired with a gateway device, it can trigger automated actions with smart home appliances like air conditioners or humidifiers and send ventilation alerts. Data history is accessible via the Mijia app.
The device features a magnetic mounting system for wall or stand installation. It is powered by a single CR2450 button battery, which provides approximately one year of standby time. The housing is constructed from ABS material with convection vents for improved sensor accuracy.
