The Xiaomi Mijia Smart Gas Stove 3 Max has launched in China, priced at $340. This model is the company's first gas stove to integrate artificial intelligence for safety and performance monitoring. The device features a total power output of 5200 W, utilizing a dual-channel oxygen supply system and 154 burner holes to ensure even heat distribution.

The right burner is equipped with a titanium probe capable of withstanding temperatures up to 500 degrees Celsius. This sensor monitors the cookware temperature in real-time and transmits data to an AI system that detects dry or empty burning, automatically shutting off the gas if necessary. Users can manage settings and receive notifications through the Mi Home application.

Safety features include a radar sensor with a detection range of 0.9 meters. If no presence is detected, the stove sounds an alarm after 30 minutes and shuts down completely after 60 minutes. The unit also includes two independent timers ranging from 1 to 180 minutes. The thermal efficiency of the stove is 75 percent, representing a 12 percent improvement over previous generations.

The exterior of the stove is constructed from microcrystalline glass. This surface is treated with hydrophobic and oleophobic nano-coatings, which are designed to resist fingerprints and stains during daily use.
