Xiaomi has launched the Smart Camera 5 Pro Full-Color Night Vision on JD.com. The device is currently listed at a retail price of ¥499, with an initial promotional price of ¥439.
The camera features a dual-lens system with 8MP and 4MP sensors, capable of recording 4K resolution video. It includes a built-in night light that activates upon human detection to enable full-color night vision. In the absence of movement, the device switches to black-and-white mode using a 940nm infrared light that produces no red glow.
Equipped with a 1.5T high-performance computing chip, the camera supports advanced AI detection features for monitoring home events. The motorized base allows for remote pan and tilt control, enabling the device to track humans and pets automatically.
The camera facilitates two-way voice communication. Users can initiate a call to a mobile device by making an 'OK' gesture in front of the lens. The mobile application also allows users to call the camera directly for real-time interaction.
