Xiaomi has launched the Mijia DC Inverter Hot and Cool Fan, a dual-purpose device designed for both summer and winter use. The unit features a patented PTC rotating structure that switches between cooling and heating modes by opening or closing the mechanism. It is priced at ¥748 after applying a discount coupon.
The fan is built with a cylindrical design and has a base diameter of 30 cm, weighing approximately 6.9 kg. It utilizes a high-quality copper-wire DC brushless motor to ensure stable airflow, with a minimum noise level of 38.4 dB(A). The device incorporates a vortex cross-flow air duct design to maximize wind power.
For heating, the fan uses a 2200W semiconductor ceramic heating element that provides instant warmth. Users can adjust the heating settings across 100 levels via the Mijia app. The app also allows for control over the oscillation angle, which can be set between 30 and 150 degrees to cover a wider area.
The device offers three distinct airflow modes: direct wind, natural wind, and sleep wind. It is capable of delivering air over a distance of up to 10 meters. The dual-season functionality eliminates the need for seasonal storage, as the fan is intended to be used throughout the year.
