Traditional monitoring of Telegram chats using regular expressions is becoming ineffective for lead generation. Analysis of 12,081 messages from over 40 professional IT and digital communities shows that regex-based systems miss 79.5% of commercial inquiries while producing over 60% false positives.
The high rate of false positives stems from freelancers and agencies using the same keywords in their own promotional offers. Current automated tools struggle to distinguish between genuine client requests and self-promotion, leading to significant noise in lead tracking pipelines.
To address these limitations, a three-tier cascade pipeline has been developed. This architecture integrates lightweight heuristics with a 2 ms processing time, multilingual embeddings requiring 15 ms, and a final LLM-based decision logic that enforces a strict JSON schema for message classification.
