Voxys has updated its ScriptBuilder platform, which is designed for developing workflows for contact centers and bots. The update introduces an AI-powered Copilot based on large language models. This assistant helps developers generate new scenario blocks directly within the editor interface.
The Copilot is restricted to creating new elements and does not modify existing scenario logic. Developers, referred to as scriptologists, retain full control over the final process, including the verification and integration of the AI-generated blocks into the overall workflow.
The platform now features Retry policies for API requests. This functionality automates the process of repeating requests to external systems like CRM or accounting software if they fail or return errors. This change eliminates the need to manually build error-handling chains.
Additionally, Voxys has improved the management tools for AI agent skills. These skills represent the specific knowledge required by an agent to perform tasks. Specialists can now more precisely configure these knowledge bases to adapt AI agents to specific contact center requirements.
