Regional Network of Catering Enterprises (SPP), a major franchisee of Vkusno — i tochka, is launching a tender to implement an AI-based financial analysis system. The company aims to replace manual Excel reporting with an automated portal that interprets P&L data using large language models.
The franchisee, owned by Kazakh entrepreneur Kairat Boranbayev, operates 105 restaurants across the Urals, Siberia, and the Volga region. In 2025, the company reported a 12% revenue increase to 29 ₽ billion, while net profit fell by 18% to 943 ₽ million, prompting the move toward automation.
The project requires the AI to run locally on a dedicated GPU server (2×A100 80GB) to ensure data security. The system will use either Alibaba’s Qwen 2.5 or Meta’s LLaMA 3.3 to generate financial insights in Russian, while all mathematical and statistical calculations will be performed via Python and SQL to prevent AI hallucinations.
The tender process, open until September 23, 2026, involves a test phase for potential contractors. The final system will provide managers with a unified interface to analyze financial performance and investigate operational anomalies, potentially reducing the need for business analysts.
