The Vivo X500 Pro Max debuts as a new tier in the company's smartphone lineup, featuring the Sony Lytia L910 image sensor. This 50-megapixel, 1/1.28-inch-type sensor utilizes LOFIC technology to achieve 17 stops of dynamic range. The device also retains the 200-megapixel, 3.7x telephoto lens previously seen in the X300 Ultra, with continued support for the 400mm teleconverter.

The X500 Pro and Pro Max models are powered by the new 2nm MediaTek Dimensity 9600 Pro processor, while the base X500 uses the 9600M chip. The Pro-series silicon enables 4K video recording at 240fps, alongside 10-bit Log recording and updated cinematic video modes. All phones in the series run on the OriginOS 7 operating system.

The series includes OLED displays ranging from 6.36 inches on the Pro model to 6.85 inches on the Pro Max. The devices are equipped with silicon-carbon batteries with capacities spanning from 6,510mAh to 8,000mAh. The product launch is currently limited to the Chinese market, with a global release scheduled for a later date.
