The Vantex V1 mechanical keyboard features a 60% compact layout housed in an aluminum alloy chassis. It integrates a 45x45 millimeter touchpad in the center, designed to reduce the need for a separate mouse. The device includes three customizable shortcut keys located above the touchpad for macros or navigation.

The keyboard supports four programmable layers, including a dedicated mouse operation layer. It utilizes standard MX-style mechanical switches, with Vantex White linear switches included. These switches feature a 2 millimeter actuation distance, a 3.5 millimeter total travel distance, and an actuation force between 30 and 47 grams.

Users can hot-swap switches thanks to the compatible PCB and plate design. The keyboard comes with dye-sublimated PBT keycaps in a Cherry profile. The chassis is finished with an electrophoretic coating and is currently available only in a vintage beige color, without any backlighting options.

Vantex offers two versions: wired and tri-mode wireless. The wireless model supports 2.4GHz, Bluetooth, and USB-C connectivity. The Kickstarter campaign lists the wired version starting at $129 with a suggested retail price of $259, while the wireless version starts at $159 with a suggested retail price of $159.
