Ujin reports that its AI assistant resolved over 60% of resident inquiries in apartment buildings without human intervention during the first five months of 2026. The system successfully guided 86% of users to their intended goal, such as obtaining information or submitting service requests.
The most frequent scenarios handled by the AI include mobile app support at 19.3%, smart home device diagnostics at 15.9%, and emergency incident reporting at 4.5%. In 39.7% of cases, the assistant structured and forwarded requests to technical support teams.
The accuracy of Ujin Assistant has increased from 67% to 87% since January 2024. At the Osnovateli residential complex in Novosibirsk, the AI achieves up to 91% success in processing requests related to maintenance services, such as plumbing and electrical repairs.
Looking ahead to 2029–2030, Ujin plans to transition from simple request processing to a multi-agent system capable of comprehensive building management. This includes predictive maintenance, energy consumption analysis, and adaptive control of HVAC systems while keeping human oversight for strategic decisions.
