Typewise AG has introduced Nova, an orchestration platform designed to manage customer-service AI agents without the need for dedicated operations teams. The system automates the maintenance of agent knowledge, workflows, and guardrails, while integrating with existing tools like Zendesk, Shopify, and Intercom.

The platform functions as a supervisor that routes customer requests to specialized agents. These agents access over 3,500 connected knowledge bases, including CRM and billing systems, to perform tasks such as order checking, address updates, and issuing refunds. Human oversight remains integrated for complex cases.

Nova is available immediately with an outcome-based pricing model. Charges are applied based on resolution status: full fees for fully resolved requests, half for partial resolutions, and no cost for unresolved inquiries. New customers were offered a promotion including 1,000 resolutions and three free months.

Early implementations show significant operational impact. At HealGreen LLC, AI agents handle 70% of inquiries, resolving up to 85% of them. Beurer North America LP reports a 65% autonomous resolution rate with a success rate exceeding 90%, while reducing average human handling time from 12 minutes to six.
