Trust Technologies and Astra Monitoring have formed a partnership to provide comprehensive monitoring for organizations connecting to the Russian Unified Biometric System (GIS EBS). The collaboration combines Trust Technologies' expertise in information security with Astra Monitoring's software platform.
The monitoring solution tracks the entire infrastructure, including the software-hardware complex for electronic signatures, Astra Linux, databases, and network components. It also monitors external systems like GIS EBS, ESIA, and the interdepartmental electronic interaction system.
Astra Monitoring agents collect OS metrics, database logs, and request traces at the kernel level without modifying existing code. The platform automatically maps service dependencies and groups technical data into business operations such as remote identification and biometric verification.
The system uses adaptive mechanisms to detect anomalies and performance degradation, such as latency or error rates, before they impact users. It also tracks certificate expiration dates, resource consumption, and time synchronization across nodes to ensure compliance and stability.
The implementation process covers infrastructure assessment, deployment of agents, and configuration of dashboards for technical staff and management. Astra Monitoring is included in the Unified Register of Russian Software.
